Thank you very much Dr for responding so quickly really appreciate all your help. All the Doctors and staff are very good and helpful at the limelight surgery.

Yet again, this useless practice has not helped with anything and closed my request as “resolved” when they’ve done absolutely nothing. Ridiculous

limelight is the worst gp i’ve ever had to deal with, i don’t know how they get away with the terrible job that they do

Skeptical to begin with as the app told me there were no more requests for the day after I’d messaged 8am sharp. So you can imagine I was worried no one would respond or call back. However they did call back around the time I requested so this made me feel so at ease. Thank you for the help.

A lot better than phoning and most of the time you do get to speak to the GP you asked for. And things get dealt with a lot quicker brilliant app.

Today I had no issues with they system because I logged it early but other days when I need to use the system after midday its not available it says you are taking queries/requests between a certain time but I always have problems after midday and then have to wait or call in
