I’ve been begging for help through here for months and nothing has came from it

I asked for help over 2 days ago knowing I was becoming unwell, someone has just ticked it today saying I’ve been helped about feeling unwell when nothing at all has happened apart from them saying they’ve left a diabetic machine for me. I am now in hospital after suffering with a seizure for over 5 minutes and hitting my head all because when I’ve been begging for help through here for months and nothing has came from it

Dr closed my case saying I had not called back

I requested a telephone call from the GP and they happened to call at the same time I was having my covid jab at the surgery. I therefore spoke to the receptionist in person and explained I had missed the call but was available and she said that the Dr would try again as they always try calling twice before closing the request. I therefore waited in all day for the second call which never came and the Dr closed my case saying I had not called back. Its Friday and I now have to wait until Monday to get this resolved. Please can communication be improved between staff so that two messages aren’t being given out i.e the Dr expecting me to return the call and the receptionist advising I needed to wait for a call. Thank you.

I have been waiting all day in pain for a reply. The doctor only tried to call me once and I didn’t get to my phone in time. And just closed my request like I’m not in pain and wouldn’t be resting after waiting all day.
