Listen properly and explain very well

Sent a request in on Friday at 8:02 am. It got dealt with on Tuesday 8am. Very bad service. Had to call atleast ten times in the meantime. Very unprofessional.

i know how very busy and demanding your jobs are, but i want you to know we appreciate all your efforts and hard work, thank you

Ok when it first started but now it’s seems to be offline most of the time. So you do have to phone them.

This app was brilliant when it first started. But now you’re lucky if you get on it, as it’s always offline. It took me 4 days to get on it to speak to a doctor and the doctor I wanted to speak to was not available so I had to make do with someone I don’t know. And some of the receptionist should be trained with how to deal with the patients as a few off them are abrupt and rude towards them.

The askmyGP app was great when it first started. But now it’s gone terrible it’s always offline. I did manage to get on it this morning at 08.15 and I forgot if I had put telephone or email so I tried to go back online at 08.55 and what a surprise it was offline.

At the moment it’s getting a lot worse. It’s always offline I have tried for 2 days to make a appointment and surprise surprise it’s offline at 09.15 on both days so I called them but they told me to call 111 not helpful at all.

Waiting for reply & solution unacceptable.

The ask my gp app @ limelight is more often offline than it is online.

Dr was very polite and caring. Understanding and thorough.
