How To Book Your Appointment

Many of our appointments can be booked online through our Accurx Patient Triage system. This is a convenient and secure way to request an appointment without needing to call the practice. Simply:

  • Visit our website and click on the “Book a GP appointment” link.
  • Choose the “I want help for a medical issue” option.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to describe your symptoms and concerns.

Once you submit your request, our clinical team will review your information and contact you to arrange an appropriate appointment.

You can also call our reception team to book a GP appointment. They will be happy to assist you and find a suitable time for you to see a doctor. Please note that our phone lines can be busy at peak times, so we appreciate your patience.

If you prefer, you can visit our reception desk to book an appointment in person. Our receptionists will be able to help you find a suitable time to see a GP.
